Wicked Whims Issue

So apparently when I downloaded the new wicked whims a while back and when I go to open Sims 4 all I get is the turbo whims on and not the actual wicked whims and all the sex mods all I get is the naked body and nothing else on anything for the mod. So what I am doing wrong or what is happening. Cause' I need help with this. I had to install, reinstall over and over again. So whoever figures this out will a huge big ass thank you!!

First, make sure that the mod files are in a place where the game actually reads them. The recommended directory to put them into would be "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/WickedWhimsMod". You can name the WW folder whatever you like, of course, or simply drag the one from the download archive into your Mods folder.

The important thing is that within the WW folder, there should only be two files for now - one .package and one .ts4script file. You may want to add some additional files like a translation later on, animations however should be put within a folder of their own (something like ".../Mods/WW_Animations").

In general, do not put files more than one subfolder deep within Mods.

 

Second, check your game settings. You need to enable both "custom content and mods" (this one's probably enabled, if you can see nude Sims) and "script mods" (this is the one for sex gameplay and all the fun stuff). They're found under "Other...".

Mods are disabled after every game update, so you need to repeat this little part of the procedure every time the game receives an update.

 

Third, double-check that the mod files are actually present in-game. When you start the game, a little window should pop up and list all the mod files the game has read and imported. You can also open this list via the game settings.

Look for the word "TURBODRIVER" under both categories of this list (you may need to scroll down a bit, if  you have a lot of mods and CC installed). Since it's all capital letters, it will stand out from the rest. For reference, the full file names are "TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts" and "TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning".

 

Finally, play the game. You should now have all of WW's features available in-game.
