You build your preset to whatever body type you use, (e.g. vanilla, UUNP, CBBE) and that makes it your default body shape. Lots of videos out there on how to do it.

I'm pretty sure there are also some sticky posts with detailed walkthrough on how to build your body on this very forum.

It's not about "getting a thicc preset" for ourselves, it's about you reading the existing instructions. Building a body is the most basic thing; what about outfits and adjustments afterwards?

If you've got your ideal body down, save it as a preset first (just to not lose it), making sure to check the groups you want it available in (meaning everything pretty much, to have it for body and all your outfits).

Then in the outfit/body select the body base you want to build (you haven't told what you use.), select your creation as a preset right under that, and click the big "build" button at the bottom of the window. Congrats, you've build your in-game body.

You can now do that again with your available outfits you have sliders for in the same manner, or even batch build if you've got many.

But seriously, read guides. this forum itself is full of them.
