My clients keep stealing from me!

Is this intentional? my previously trusted ho'ing clients (wicked perversions) now all steal from me every time i let them into my home. Right in front of me! Since i can no longer service them in my home, i've started hanging out at the gym every day, having "dates" with multiple rando's each visit. I'd like to keep servicing long time clients at home, but... Am i missing some setting that dictates this behavior, or is this expected?

This is one of the new features of the ECO Living EP 'Sharing is Caring' NAP that allows sims to steal everything.

 

First go into game settings/ECO settings and disable the NPC Voting switch and this will prevent any more getting voted in.

Then shift+click on your mailbox to cheat repeal any NAP program you hate.

It won't work in other neighborhoods or towns unless your sim lives there but there are some mods that stop many of these actions.
