Stuck in Solstheim

So I've encountered what appears to be a very common glitch affecting not only PC but also console users. My load screen is stuck in a loop whenever I try to leave Solstheim, either via boat or fast travel. I've tried every conceivable workaround from coc'ing to qasmoke > whiterunorigin, to 'porting myself to a npc, and using pcb. I've read possible causes for this to be map mods, which I've disabled, to entries in the .ini that I've also taken care of already. My mod list is fairly modest; using mostly graphical enhancement and immersion mods that are all up to date and stable. I'm usually an effective problem solver but this has got me on the ropes and I don't want to start over fresh after I've got my character spot on to how I envisioned her (shown in my avatar). Please, any assistance would be deeply appreciated.

Ho and Allso: Just use fast travel.

- There is a Southwest pointing icon (labeled Skyrim) South of Raven Rock in the Sea of Ghosts. Click it and you'll arrive back at the Windhelm docks.

- A companion icon (pointing Northeast) is located ENE of Windhelm labeled Solstheim.

 

It's just easier to fast travel between the world spaces. Taking the ship costs gold and creates a Save every time...in both directions.

Fast travel eliminates that autosave which, in turn, greatly reduces the chance of a freeze/crash.

Yes I know of the fast travel arrow, as I stated originally when I try to leave via boat OR fast travel I get stuck at the load screen. I've tried the mod you linked before and although I am able to traverse through interior cells, the minute I go outside it hangs up on the load screen again. One thing I didn't think to try was coc'ing somewhere in Skyrim and then do a save/load game.

I thank you for your time and quick response in this matter.

 

I disabled all autosaves and did coc qasmoke > riftenfishery, manual save, quit game, start skyrim, load game, then coc whiterunorigin which seemed to of worked. I'm marking this as solved for now. Thanks again.

For me it's not the "load screen" It's "Gjalund Salt-Sage" the captain of the Northern Maiden, "If you're looking for passage to Solstheim, you won't find a finer vessel than the Northern Maiden." and that's all he'll say.
