Seems like the UE4 setup isn't the problem, so I'm guessing it's something I'm doing or not doing in Blender. I was getting an error saying I can't merge the bones, then I changed some names in Blender and the problem went away, but I'm still getting t-posing. Double check weights assigned to bones.

S3 Studios Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 I have. Unfortunately, I still can't figure out this t-posing skeleton thing. I even tried modding in an unedited model after ripping it just to see if I may've did something wrong and even that didn't work.

Don't know if you've tried deleting the skeleton uasset/uexp files before packing, it's something I do for arc sys games. We also use the .psk files for the rig/skeleton. That's pretty much all i can think of atm.
