Need Help Moving Animation Relative To Furniture

I edited @Vader666's XCross from Torture Devices, and replaced the cross with a flat board. So far so good.

Now, what I'd like to do is move the body position down a tad. These girls don't have all their legs, so they don't need to be so high off the ground. I tried moving the whole thing down in Nifscope, adn then moving the restraints back up in the hopes that I might magically include the animation root in the process, but as you can see, the actor position remained the same.

Then I tried moving the marker down in the CK, but that buries the interaction point underground, so no one can use the furniture.

Is there way to solve this without needing 3DSMax and some now-unavailable Havok software? I'd settle or being able to move the interaction point relative to the animation as a whole

In theory you can convert the animation into xml and edit the position using a text editor.

But, well... good luck.

unfortunately i'm still waiting to get my stuff back, otherwise editing the position in 3ds would be a matter of seconds.

I remember digging into the hkx xml structure when we were trying to work out animations for Skyrim. I might see if any of that has carried over. Thanks for the pointer!

I appreciate the thought :)

Just looked at the XML. I can't see anything that looks remotely like root node co-ordinates. Or a marker position.

Oh well, it was worth a try.

Actually, it looks like moving the "cross" down did work. It seems it was just the AI being finickety.
