Is there any guide/mod list/ a must have mod  that make The Sims 4 to look better and adult sim? planning to buy it since the game availabe for Steam

I don't think that there is a guide because this depends mostly of personal taste / interests.

There are for example lots of skins out there that make your sims look completely different, for example more realistic more comic-like, darker or wicked.

Speaking of adult gameplay, you should definitely have a look on "Wicked Whims". That's the start point for adult gameplay.

It is giving you the possibility to install various animations for sex to the game. There are also links to amination creators and lots of other stuff around adult gameplay on the Wicked Whims page.

Is there any ENB/Reshade for the sims 4 ? and what about the body ? is there several types like Skyrim with UNP/CBBE/TBD ?

Almost all mod are base game except for features where you need dlc , like WW animations on different objects from other dlc, some of mods  are here , rest are on those pages.
