Transparent underwear for male Sims

Hello!

I'm looking for some transparent underwear (like mesh boxers) for my male Sims, but the one I found here has a buggy mesh (probably was made for custom body presets) and the built-in penis is very ugly.

I tried to modify it (for personal use only) to fit with Noir and Dark's penises but it looks awful.

Does someone know any other similar underwear that fits custom penises or if you could do (or help me to do) an underwear like this?

Just for the sake of anyone who is curious, the cc from SexySims can be used by female Sims with the right anatomy without causing any problems.
