Help identifying the mods used in these two screenshots

Hi folks, I need help identifying the mods used in these images. Top is by GrimSovereign on their Elven Medium MK1 mod page and the bottom was uploaded by YuiHSkyrim. I obviously already know the armour in GrimSovereign's mod but I'd like to know the golden bikini thing and what skin textures, character overhauls etc were installed to get PCs that look like this.

 

Also, I'm familiar with FO4 modding but not Skyrim modding, so which is preferable between UUNP and CBBE?

It's by gomapero and the answer to anything other than the outfit is No.

same for yuih's picture. The only thing you'll find is the outfit.

The worldspace for both pictures is Gomaperoland.
