travelmedic Posted June 11, 2020 Posted June 11, 2020 Search for a mod called "Lovers in Skyrim" It used to be here and/or on Nexus, but now hard to find. It's only semantics, but I think your other spouses are called "lovers" and not spouses, but if I remember right they can still give you a homecooked meal. I think you also have to have two lovers in a city to be able to adopt extra children in that city.
