BlackDragon_ Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 so recently today I have a problem with my wicked whims i first saw it after i installed a new creator and then i thought it was just their stuff and then I tried uninstalling the ones I had before also and reinstalled them because i did research and a few things said about it being outdated etc etc. but its still saying this and i dont know what else to do. do i try and reinstall it again or.. can someone anyone please give me some tips on what to do
Crashdown117 Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 There should be a file named "lastException.txt" in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4" (the directory mentioned in the orange notification). That file contains further information about the error and usually also file names or other hints towards the reason for your issue. Just make another post here in this thread and attach the file - if I can't help you, someone smarter than me will probably take a look at it and provide you with some tips.
