DrAmareski Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Having trouble with a specific sim getting pregnant. Made sure they're flagged as can get pregnant. Birth control is disabled. I have noticed that when looking at pregnancy info that they always have pregnancy discovery set to off, unlike other sims. I don't know if that's the cause or if there's something else getting in the way. I even completely reset the sim using an unmodded version from my library, but after a few in game weeks even that's not changing anything. Curious if there are any sim specific settings or if I'm just running a seemingly impossible unlucky streak.

Do you have your settings on realistic, because that definitely makes a difference. Do you use the fertility test feature? What are your sim's personality traits? I had trouble with a sim before and she had nothing related to the family traits so I think they do have some influence (because this was BEFORE I used Wicked Whims). If you use the fertility test, on the higher chance days you can also have your sim visit a fertility clinic and increase those odds by 50%. If all else fails you can download KS' SOL mod and have your sim go for artificial insemination.
