Group Sex Selection/Autonomy

Something that has been bugging my since I started using WW is the Group Sex.

 

I can manually initiate Solo or Sex with a Partner when selecting an object to start the interactions, but any additional people either have to be invited or will join autonomously.

 

Why can't Group sex be initiated at the start along with Solo or Sex With Partner? Why can it only be initiated after Sex has already begun?

I'm assuming that this initial restriction is also the reason why my Sims won't autonomously initiate group sex either?

I'm wondering if there is a specific reason why it functions in this manner? If it was bug then it would have been patched by now.

If not would it be difficult to add this in? Or maybe even create a mod to enable this functionality?

Well, more or less every interaction in TS4 is either solo (self-interactions, interactions with objects) or for two Sims (social interactions) - there are group interactions, but you need to form a group first and that group is then kinda treated as one individual. One could possibly create a WW group interaction (seems possible to me, at least) in order to have the orgy start right away, however, you'd still have to form a group first. It's basically the same hassle ("group first, then sex" versus "start sex, then add Sims"), only the path to your goal is changed. Doesn't really justify the effort, since time spent on that could be used way better - Patreon version has strip clubs, for example, and I think that's a far more interesting feature.

 

On autonomous group sex: If your Sims' relationship bars are high enough (or you removed that restriction through the cheats in WW's Sex settings), all of them are compatible in terms of gender preference etc. (some of which can be turned off or mitigated in other ways, too), and an animation is available for that specific combination of actors and a location (hard requirement, no workaround here), two of them can start sex and then the others can join in autonomously. I have a few households, where autonomous joining happens quite frequently due to everyone liking everyone else. If you want more autonomous sex and more Sims to join the fun autonomously, set sex autonomy to a higher value. Maximum autonomy plus "always accept" set to "full" isn't called "full orgy mode" for nothing.

To be honest, creating a Group is a lot less hassle than manually doing it at the moment. I don't see why it should be an issue either as you can start other activities like game tables, swimming, dancing etc.

As I mentioned, there are no issues with them joining autonomously, as that is not the objective. I'm trying to start a group interaction autonomously, not join.
