What I can tell you is that you seem to have forgotten about the CBBE Body which probably makes your characters look weird 

If its still about the T Pose, you should look for a SetUp Guide for FNIS first (and check if you have the patches that you need enabled, the first two should be enabled for anyone)

 

Make sure to actually run LOOT and FNIS. Youre not done just downloading them

 

I should also mention, the SSE Conversion Tracking Thread isnt a guide, its a list of mods and nothing more. "Main requirements" can be a bit misleading I guess, programs in this list are utility programs that arent used for playing per se but for modding in general. Not all users benefit from those

You should probably open a new thread for this. Post your LO, a Papyrus Log and if you still assume that theres an issue with FNIS, your FNIS Output as well (The entire block that FNIS writes when you click on the "Run Fnis for Users" Button, that lists all the mods and errors n stuff). Also what version (LE or SE) youre using

Also tell if you ran LOOT, if it brought up any errors

This happened to me - Once you get out of the cart it works perfectly.
