MBP 094 includes the synx graphics assets, and synx itself uses a version of the rens headmesh. You probably have the right files and don't know it.

 

A quick look at the race records show that Marg is a modified redguard using all synx meshes/textures.

 

Some of her equipment's also missing textures, too.

 

One little thing, if you intend to get intimate with her, she has a default idle set that cancels out the facial facial expressions in the lovers animation. Easily fixed by removing the idle.
