So, when i want to do the animation they just stand still, in place naked with sounds, its frustrating.

hello, need some help figuring out what is wrong with my game or files, it loads ok, and i have loaded up sexlab the way i have seen it before with the options and stuff, but it does not seem to want to work, rather just leaves the animation in a standing position with sexual noises.

try launching skyrim from the game launcher, then exit and run fnis again, and then launch from skse

You do what it is telling you.  Move the program you ran to the right folder (it freaking gives you the path) and run it again.

Maybe try reinstalling FNIS this time into skyrim/data/tools, given that it's telling you it can't find GenerateFNIS_for_Users in that location?

Rerun fnis from there and see if you have any more errors.  If so, holler
