Normal maps for pregnant and "thicc" bodies?

Has anyone ever made a normal map that looks good on pregnant bellies? For all the pregnancy and inflation related mods that exist, I haven't come across normal maps for large round bellies. All the skins I've ever used have been shaded for flat or fit abdominal regions and the lighting just looks off with the pregnancy morph. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

 

On a related note, are there any normal maps made for curvier bodies? Most skins are made either with slim or muscular builds in mind.

I don't use and pregnancy mods or "thicc" body shapes but...

Don't need to install it, just unpack the archive and take the texture files you want from it.
