the up-loader has suspiciously taken a certain whip mod and that means they're not going to be trusted to give the correct answer, i may have seen this suit, but my mind is drawing a blank.

I got missing textures on the whips from that mod tho.

Guess they stripped anything form the mod anyways for the picture?

 

The gasmask looks like the one from DDx and Shiny Rubber catsuits on Nexus
