Character Limit in the Script Editor

Hi, I am having a problem with the CS script editor. It will not allow me past a certain number of characters when I try to copy in my 480 line script it stops at about the 396th line. When I try to paste in a script it stops me around 30000 characters. When I hold down the "H" for a really long time I am able to get to around 34700 characters. My question is that if the original script is 38700 characters long, how can I copy it in to the Cs?

Are you using the CS with obse enabled?  Also it might help if you use the CS Extender obse plugin.

There is a limit to how many characters you can have in a script but I am not sure what that limit is.

There is a hard cap to the number of characters that are allowed in Oblivion scripts.

 

Just split your giant script into several smaller function scripts and you should be fine.

 

I had to split the array generator script into three functions in Setbody Reloaded to work around the character limit.

Yeah I'm just translating it its not my script so I don't know how to do that. Thank you so much the CS Extender was exactly what I needed.
