When my sims perform a sex interaction, they're not completely nude. I've done the nudity thing or whatever and its still not working. The male's penis is black as well,

Black penis is a broken penis mod....and do you have default nude tops and bottoms?

Black penis could also be a side effect of using a custom skintone not compatible with WW default penis. In these cases I get the simple lunareclipse cock and also the tattoo skin cock overlays from the original lunareclipse penis, then just apply the skin in tattoo mode and select the lunar cock with the bottom selector in WW menu.
