I reinstalled my old skyrim game, and installed some mods, including the Bijin Warmaidens/Npcs and the Sofia Follower, im so used to FO4 npc editing with the console, seems the only way to edit npcs here is with old xEdit (TES5Edit) and the CK  so far ive managed to place a custom hair to a follower, Ex: KS hairstyle to Sofia and the Bijin Lidia by making ks hairs a master file and a esm with Wrye Bash, the problem resides in the distorted grey face they get after its done. After lurking around i havent found a single solution to it and some are vage and with unfamiliar terms, is possible to fix it with Nifscope and Tes5edit or just give up, i just want to give lidia a short hairstyle.

Ty in advance.

Note-there is a bug in the Creation Kit that makes the NPC that you make changes to have color mismatch (Face/Body)
follow these guidelines to avoid the problem.

This is how I fixed the color mismatch on Lydia after changing her hair.

Maybe this help you.

or you follow this nice Guide of -Caden- that explain how to avoid the GreyFaceBug with CK:

For skyrimLE facegen.nif file must have exact match of  mesh names as data for npc called for or you get fail to load head tint. Don't edit the data if all you need is to change hair parts unless npc is completely made in ck originally then its easy to do all of it in ck and rebuild facegen.

I don't know those npc mods you list but probably not vanilla head and if  you try to rebuild facegen you will find it's not possible with ck. You will instead need to edit the facegen.nif for the npc and copy over the hair and hair parts mesh you want then name them exactly the same as what was in the original facegen.nif.... make a backup for reference.
