If you ever got to play with this in Oblivion, you know how much fun you had. ?

 

spell which momentarily puts NPCs and creatures to sleep. Especially funny when used on running characters as they make the most spectacular face-plants... ? 

 

Anyone ever make something like this for Skyrim?
