I really dont get how to install these

LL mods are just like any other mod, you download them, install them with your preferred mod manager and use them in game, making sure you followed each mod's install description and requirements to make them work. You're in the forums now (wrong section BTW), but there is also a download section (the big DOWNLOADS button next to the FORUMS button in the top banner) to look through all the mods available on the website.

 

So yeah, just browse the downloads or forums for Skyrim mods, find a mod you're interested and read. Read a lot, find its requirements and follow any install instruction you find. If you have questions about a mod in particular use its own forum thread to ask these questions.
