I'm sold on that one, but it doesn't work. There's supposed to be a forehead slot item that adds the visuals, but I can't find anything in any of the accessory slots.

 

EDIT: Nevermind, I had to start a new game to edit those features. I assumed I could just do it at a wardrobe, which was not the case.
