Nayl Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 You know when you get too close to a npc or follower, they will back off. Is there a way to disable that? Via creation kit or however? I don't know where to look for it or whether it is just hard coded into the engine. Not looking to make them collision-less. Goal is to have them not move at all regardless of distance to you. Obviously not good for general game play. Would aid me on some ideas I have.
darkconsole Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 didn't know oldrim or newrim so i didn't just make an esp. but load up skyrim.esm, change these. save as a new esp and drop it at the very end of your load order. gameplay > settings set the distances to 0 and the timers to 99999 probably.
Yinkle Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 there's this too: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/27742 which stops followers from pushing you around whilst in conversation. It also has an option to stop all collisions with followers but I guess that's not what you are looking for. I personaly find it very handy for getting through tight spaces when I have a few followers who won't get out of the way.
