TES5Edit

I need a little assistance, Ive been trying to Install the mod and it says i need to find the TES5edit.exe file in the extracted file but i cant find it-

 

Id add some screenshots of the files but i dont know how too >,<

It isn't a mod.

xedit is a esp/esm editing tool, and you need to rename the exe to "sseedit" for it to load SkyrimSE files.
