When I select female to have a penis, it doesnt have one :\

So in CAS I select a female and select "yes" from the "does this sim have a penis?". Only, it doesnt work... I tried checking if its a bug with males too, and when I select them to be feminine on body and clothes it actually shows the default underwear and no nudity... I tried re-installing whicked whims and deleting some mods, but it just didnt work ? (I even tried selecting the female to have masculine body and clothes but it still doesnt work).
What do I do ?

CAS doesn't properly reflect gender settings when it comes to nudity. I have a bunch of futa Sims in my game and while they all have a penis in-game, they look like "regular" females in CAS.

Also, if the penis doesn't show up in-game as well, check Body Selector (click your Sim > "Wicked" > "Body Selector"). Select "All Sims (like active)" to set a new default for body parts (like a particular penis model for all futa Sims) or "This Sim" for individual changes.
