Vasectomy Mod/Option?

Is there a mod to get a vasectomy so as to not produce any more children? Apparently the condom isn't 100% accurate as I bought a pack of 24, the characters have been using it, and yet she got pregnant again....

 

And I would prefer not to turn off pregnancy in general as it is just one couple I prefer to not have any more babies.

I'm not really sure but I believe when you use the cheat "cas.fulleditmode", you can set if a Sim can get pregnant or can impregnate others. It should be where the walking options are, somewhere there. *I believe.*

Also the Infertile trait, 1,000 satisfaction in the rewards menu.  At the moment that's been removed from the patreon version, but a lot of people are saying "hey, wtf?  Put it back!"

IIrc you can tweak fertility in CAS without a mod and/or the cheat. Click a dresser/mirror -> edit Sim -> see screenshot.

You can just give the sim the "Hypofertile" trait under the WickedWhims menu.  You can also use MCCC to pick the "No Offspring" setting for the particular Sim.  It wont affect previous children, only prevent future children.
