I didn't see a way to exit this screen if it occurs.

If you are free, but give in to the blackmailer during that event, you receive a banner message that you have become a slave. Nothing really changes game-play wise, except when you go to the brothel. Attempting to work there has you thrown to a screen saying: "You are at prison in X. Waiting in captivity..." with no options to select. Waiting does not trigger any events, so you are soft-locked again. I assume this is because you are flagged as a slave, but not as a captive.

That was the case, but should no longer be the case in the current version of these events (updated yesterday evening) - the blackmailer event was essentially redone to use its own flag. Just double-checked and it should not include the slave flag or modify your slave level (except by reducing it in a few cases).

You should be able to troubleshoot events not firing by pressing alt+~ to open the console, then using captivity.fire_event [event name], so for example you should be able to become enslaved by: While captive, in town: captivity.fire_event TB_slavery_sold_noble This should display an error message if it fails with details as to which requirement is not met. If the mod worked previously, and you haven't changed the install, I recommend using: captivity.reset_status as the most likely reason for events to stop working is some corruption of your player state that causes all events to be ineligible (an example being if the game thinks you're enslaved but not captive) Finally, it may just be that you don't have events on very frequently - in mod options, make sure that the 'Event weight between occurances' sliders are set as low as possible.

I'd bring the mixed gender issue up to BadListener in the CaptivityEvents thread. As for it happening too frequently, I'm not entirely sure why that's the case; the event priority is at 10, which is lower than most of the other events (the default I use is 15). I'll try lowering it further in a future update.

To what end, I dunno..as I usually sell them off to the slave master in the tavern.

The original concept was that you'd slowly gain captives and not think about it much, but once your captives outnumber your troops they can mutiny. Unfortunately it's triggering often enough (and the mutiny event is triggering seldomly enough, it seems) that it's just confusing.

I could suggest an option when the bandits reach a certain number but not mitiny level, there's too many to watch at once and result in a nighttime sexual assault by the bandits.

I have Mixed Gender Troops installed. The problem is that the event says "gained more prisoners overnight". I would think that they would be women, but noo they are men. I have only a few women soldiers, like 1/10 army, but I doubt 3-4 women need 10 men now do they? So I think this should be looked into.

If it becomes an option I'd be happy to change the split to be more egalitarian. Those troops join you with a Wounded status, however, so you'll have to make sure you treat them well before they become useful to you, making recruiting them an actual choice. Tie-in to possible future events allowing you to more easily make captives obedient. For the purposes of this mod, I'm referring to events that happen to any random hero captive as scion events (because captives are for the most part noble scions) If you're been using your captives as baby factories, you're in luck! You can now formalize this relationship and turn your captives into brood whores. There's also a (random chance / choice) way to promote your captives into prostitutes to improve your army's morale. They'll unlock new events as their skill at prostitution improves. Flavor events: Added several Flavor random and captive events that do nothing but show pretty pictures and brief anecdotes. These use the custom Flavor tag, so if you don't want them to show up (they're designed for play with very high event rates to pad out the number of events) just deselect the Flavor custom tag.

New game, whenever there are Prisoners in the party, the notification quickly flashes on the notification tab on the right side of the screen, but immediately disappears, not allowing it to be triggered. It is an event by this mod I believe, since it uses the Extended images.

I've seen this as well, but haven't found any good reason why it occurs - I have narrowed it down to finding that it is not a single event, as it happens for multiple events in the logs with no clear common attributes. I can confirm it's not doing that in my current installation. The event in question should be in the file TBCaptorEventsCommon_Sexual_Noncon - do you have this file installed? Did I somehow not include it...?

I'm working on updating the NSFW ones for my next major update (Based on the above reports, I'm guessing I'll be releasing a bugfix update as soon as I can figure out WTF is going on)

IIRC BL's next version should fix it.
