how to make female npcs pregnant?

What are the best settings to ensure that a female gets pregnant and is it even possible because ive tried everything? maybe i just set the settings wrong or something

In Spunk MCM raise the cum volume. Still don't think max settings will give insta pregnancy though IIRC. Might be settings for female egg fertility too I can't recall, haven't used pregnancy in my game in a while as I now consider everyone infertile due to nuclear fallout and children only spring from commie mole rat holes in the ground.

Yes and Yes-ish. They will get the baby item and should even equip it, but I don't know if the baby will ever become 'child' and/or follow the parent around.

 

I usually turn off the fertility for all NPC and just keep it at follower level, and remove the baby-item from their posession long before it would get at 'child' state

well how do i impregnate

You need any sex mod that has a sex act that isn't flagged as oral and it should work after a several acts of coitus at even base fertility settings. There are no ingestible items that automatically grant pregnancy state and no console command either afaik.

There are console commands actually.. You can just 'give' yourself the gestating*** 'outfit'.
