Skyrim crashing with FNIS and Mod Manager problems

I have a problem with FNIS and Mod manager, FNIS gives me the following ones:

And Mod Manager tell me this plugins have a 43 format instead of 44

 

 

How could I fix this problems? Thank you in advance and sorry for bothering

hello! im also kinda new here, but i see that it says " not Skyrim se compatible" try downloading the files for skyrim special edition

Uninstall the offending mod(s)

 

Afterwards, open the game, load a save (to make sure it fixed things), then resave that game to a new savefile.

 

Finally, open fallirm tools and load that save, then perform garbage collection to remove any leftover bits from the offending mod, and then resave (or save to a new savefile)  the cleaned file

 

In some cases, you may have to load an old save *prior* to installation of a mod because some mods cause persistent problems that result in an inability to open the saves that ever had it. In that case, well, you'll lose some progress (it happens to most of us at some point or another) , but at least you'll be able to play.
