Crashdown117 Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 Not sure if you can travel to Sixam just like that - it's a hidden lot after all and you usually only get there using a portal (scientist career) or a spaceship (though it needs a special upgrade IIRC). Do you experience the same issue with other venues like a club, karaoke bar or gym?
MarshMaru Posted May 2, 2020 Author Posted May 2, 2020 it's happen all the place. in the picture i show some example. btw they invited me it will nothing happen i stay at home
Crashdown117 Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 Probably a mod then. Something interfering with the phone calls system or automatic travels maybe. Or any outdated mod (because outdated mods always mean trouble). Fast way to check if a mod is causing this issue: Disable mods in the game settings, close the game and start it again. If you still get the same issue, try repairing your game files via Origin. To find the mod that's causing this, re-enable mods (both "custom content" and "script mods" need to be enabled), close the game and - before starting the game again - move all files in your Mods folder somewhere else (I usually create a folder called "test" on my Desktop, but it really just needs to be somewhere outside of "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4") and delete "localthumbcache.package" found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/the Sims 4". Now, you take a few files and put them back into Mods (best start with well tested mods like WickedWhims or MC Command Center), then start the game again and wait for another invitation to go somewhere. If your Sim travels there after clicking OK, the mods you just added are good, but if the issue comes up again, it is caused by one of the mods you just added, so move them back out again (I usually have a second folder called "suspects" for these mods). You continue to do this until you've tested all your mods, then take a look at the "suspects" again (this time, put them into Mods either in smaller bunches or one by one). That way, you will come to the point, when you know exactly which mod(s) caused the issue - these files need to be updated or, if no update is available, permanently removed. IMPORTANT: Remember to delete "localthumbcache.package" every time you make changes to your Mods folder (add or remove files).
