Steam problems

Hi this is so to speak not something that belongs anywhere...its a cross game  thing

Yesterday my account on steam was hijacked with a changed account name and i could not log in.....catastrophe ....finally i found out how to make a report to SteamSupport

 

Waited for some hours and got the respons Dear ...not my  name....! we have reset your account and sent you a new pasword...so far  Itried to log in with my new login  but before i could do that i had to set up another computer connected to the account......when all this shit was done and i finally could log in its an account as new mmember all my stuff is gone and i have to borrow my games from my old account impossible.....this is like Kafka.......and steam support oh yes you cant reach them...... what the fuck to do to get my account and my games back????

 

Somebody have some ideas what to do? when googling  steam support i end up on the same support page and cant write/report anything im at a los here help is very welcome?

Games etc... cant just disappear. Also, get steamguard working so this wont happen again.
