I appreciate all your hard work. I wondered if anyone knew if there was a mod similar to this one for sims 4? especially for the hair setting (i know it isnt needed we can just go to change the sim, and same with everything else.) but it would still be cool. and also if there were tattoo artists/piercing places and similar? just for realistic and fun game play and town set up. I hope someone knows and if there is one, will feel like linking me and help me out here. Best Regards

If you like, I can build something with them all, see what I can put together, stick it up on the Gallery, and let you know both username and build item. I've never been inside a tattoo/piercing sort of building (I'm too much of a baby and coward to do either, LOL) but I'm ready to do some research if I must. If you want me to share, I will gladly - if not, don't mind me here too much XD

I hate putting a building or room down and half of it is gone due to missing packs?
Lil Luna Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 Nevermind that, I didn't feel like waiting around and just went ahead and made it! It's up on the gallery. It's called "Tattoo Parlor," under the name/ID "Everchanger123." You'll have to enable CC to see it, but I only used the tattoo + hairdresser stuff linked above. I'm gonna work on a hairdresser's place sometime soon, it's pretty late rn and I wanna continue playing around with my sims for a while until I have to go to bed. Glad I stumbled on this thread, building is always my favorite thing to do on TS4 (even if I'm not always great at it, LOL)

Lil Luna i faved and downloaded the place you made ;D it is perfect... and fitted well with the packs i have. (I have all expansions, and all game packs, and fitness, perfect patio, and vintage of the stuffpacks) Really thank you both for the help... i cant wait to see what you come up with for a hairdresser

It'll be fun to have it in my world, I've never thought of adding something like that since it isn't functional
WickedMeredith Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 Yeah that is the issue of it not being real functional... i did find another mod that allow growing hair so i guess when i send them to the rabbit hole i can then after take them into the hairdresser styling shop to check it and style it again but with get famous it is at least a bit functional i also know there was another styling hairdresser mod in the past that is down right now... that worked with get famous and the styling chair... anyway i cant wait to see what you come up with... It is just nice to have something in the game like that... i also sort of would love to have a huge mall to take the sims to with different things like that... i consider buying movie time, and bowling and kitchen just for those things... so it could be used to create a mall...

I remember watching a video of someone touring sims gallery build on YouTube (maybe lilsimsie?) and they found a build that was pretty much a mall. It could be set as a retail shop, a cafe, a restaurant... it even had a movie theater! It was a 100% CC/mod-free build and it was functional and it was so cool, I'm sure it's still up online somewhere! As for the hair salon, I've just finished it. It's called "Hair Salon," under the same ID as last time. It's not my best work, but I'm still pretty happy about it. I avoided using any stuff packs since we don't have the same ones, but... I mean. I don't really use stuff packs anyways other than Romantic Garden (so worth getting if you ever need to bundle btw, some of the stuff is beautiful. The flowers themselves are meh, but idk how I lived without the column and that flower wall detail thing I'm forgetting the name of and the arches and statues and.... okay I'm done xD) I hope you enjoy it! I'm always open to building lots, feel free to shoot me a message if you're ever looking for something specific. Can't promise fast and instant great results, but I'll always give it a shot when I have a moment :)

I might very well do that... i love having many differents lots in my game and world creating with them... lmao...

I have Romantic Garden (obviously XD), Toddler Stuff (thought it would go well with Parenthood when I got it), Laundry day, and Bowling Night (I meant to get Vintage Glamour, but I hit the wrong button and didn't notice it till after purchasing it RIP). I also have Tiny Living, but I don't use it nearly as much as I thought I would. The only Stuff Pack that I will never ever ever get is My First Pet Stuff. It was an absolute utter fiasco, I refuse to ever get it

I actually really like one of the wallpapers it comes with, but tbh that's kind of it XD I'm sure there's some WW animations that have to do with the items from bowling stuff, but eh, I wish I'd gotten Vintage Glamour so I could at least have a butler

I like Vintage Glamour ... mostly for some jewelry, a tux, and the butler, and the vanity table... nahhh the one i find really lame is my first pet stuff... btw do you know if there are animations with the laundry stuff?

I haven't checked, but tbh I'd be surprised if there weren't any animations on top of washing machines (after all, there's at least one on trees and a set on a fish fountain/water-spewing-thing). Take a look around some of the animations posted up on LL, maybe there's one there. I can't remember so well since I'm focused on other *cough* interesting animations rather than ones for washing machines, but I still think they're there somewhere.
