Way to necro a thread my man, that aside currently seems to be a grand total of zero skin mods, and no model changing mods, at least in Nexus and modb, I don't know about undertow, but the only thing I found was a ryona compilation, nevertheless, modding seems to be possible: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=423489181, including video modding, I think you could do like ye olde dragon age and put a full on sex animation that are in the thousands in any rule34 page, just don't commercialize it.
