I cant launch skyrim trew mod manager becouse antivirus prevents it. im not using anything then win 10 defender i tryed adding to firwall exceptions no luck. any ideas? it was working at the begining of moding but now i dunno, mods are instaled correcly from what i understand and did.
dharvinia Posted April 26, 2020 Posted April 26, 2020 Dumb question I know, but did you run Finis after you installed the new mod? another idea, but dangerous, if you are sure that there is no virus in your mod manager, try disabling the virus protection and see if mod manager loads.

JuliusXX Posted April 27, 2020 Posted April 27, 2020 If you are using the SE version and have the NetScriptFramework mod then that can cause problems with some antivirus software. Win10 Defender wasn't on that list earlier, but maybe it also got updated. At the moment there is no other solution to this problem than to not use the NetScriptFramework or turning the virus checking off (only virus checking, not the whole antivirus program). I chose the first one.
