No Sex on Lot Sign not working

Just as the title states, I put up a 'no sex on lot' sign inside my house but all options are still available all over the house for every piece of furniture. lol. 

 

I do have one 'sex permitted in this room' sign in my dungeon. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated

Those signs only prevent autonomous sex but manual sex will still work, (in case you didn't know already).
