Wearable lanterns without wearable lanters

I don't have wearable lanterns mod but yet npcs are wearing lanterns. I've been disabling and checking mods in my load order but can't find it. Does anyone know of a mod that does this besides wearable lanterns?

 

The only reason why I'm looking for it is that every damn npc is holding a torch and wearing a lantern day and night.

 

BTW, is there a mod that removes torches during the day?

I would guess that something is making them hold the torches during the day, possibly whatever is adding the lantern.  I don't think I have any added AI mods right now, and my NPCs only have torches at night.

Right. I have some mod that's doing it but for the life of me I can not find it. It's driving me to drink - short drive - but still. I was hoping that someone would say: "I know this mod and that mod do this."
