What I mean by sex aware is that they would comment on sex acts happening to them or the Hero/Heroin. Sorta like Spectator Crowds for one Follower. I myself can not script and I am 100% sure this needs scripting. If someone could make the follower and scripts I would totally write all the dialogs if their were an example in the follower quest of where to place the lines. If your interested in doing this or are aware of any follower mod that already does this Please let me Know. Thanks in Advance! Link to comment

Actors involved in a scene do not speak and should not be capable of speaking. Any mods that seem to do this are either cheating or meddling with Sexlab's internals in a way that would be inadvisable. You can fake it by using something like Apropos2, and it will work for every follower, every NPC, etc. Link to comment

Sorry, I was incomplete in my answer. Making NPCs who are not involved in a sex scene speak/comment/use dialogue is fine (so long as they are not attempting to forcegreet the player). No issues there. The problem is enabling any sort of AI for an actor participating in a sex scene (as in, actually animating). Dialogue requires AI. Link to comment

If I recall correctly (and I may not), Dirty Talk fakes it. The actor you are "hearing from" isn't actually the one in the scene. All conversations with Hermaeus Mora are the same: you're actually in dialogue with an orc named "Hermaeus Mora" who is in an unreachable location. The tentacled thing you are "talking to" is a special effect and cannot actually talk. Fun test: find the code for the speaking Hermaeus Mora orc and kill it with the console. Result: The daedric prince can never speak again. (And other fun result: your game is now broken and many quests are now stuck.) Regarding AI, for an actor to be in a Sexlab scene and not just go walking off without notice, their AI has to be deactivated. Deactivated AI means no talking can happen. In any case where someone is talking while animating it is as I've said before: they are either faking it (like the Hermaeus Mora trick) or they are messing with Sexlab's internals, and that is likely a very bad idea. The Hermaeus Mora trick can make it seem like you are talking/hearing from a specific actor by switching the speaker's display name. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference from a gameplay perspective. You can probably reveal this trick using something like Jaxonz Renamer on the actor in the scene. (Also: that probably breaks things.) Link to comment

I wonder how crazy creating a Jewelry race ( ring whatever0 that can speak or say things ..act as someone's mental processes ..then any follower who equipped it would gain the effect. I know I am full of bad Idea's! That should work, though you are limiting it unnecessarily. There is no need for proximity to the speaker or object at all. They can be infinite distance away and the scripting for it works the same. Link to comment

As with any dialogue mod, it is the large variety of responses that make it super time-consuming. Apropos' use of wildcards is the real key to making that kind of thing work with less overall time investment for more variety in the dialogue. Link to comment
