Looks like Wicked Perversions fails to launch. Do you have Basemental Drugs installed (it's required for Wicked Pervs to function)? Also, if you're playing TS4 Legacy Edition, Wicked Pervs won't work, so you need to uninstall the mod.

In any case, is there a "LastException.txt" in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4" with the same time stamp as the exception file you posted? The game's own error logging sometimes contains additional helpful information.
