Clean reinstall

Hi guys Im doing a clean reinstall with nemesis, since trying to install that broke my whole game.

If I just remove the game directory, not the files in documents/my games, do I still keep the stats I've accumulated through sexlab and other mods? And if not, what do I have to keep.

Also worried about the weird racemenu/ece setup I have. I have both because ece features rounder cheeks, not sure how to make this all work again, but I'm more curious if I'll also keep the presets I've made.

If your game "broke" because you tried to install some mods then I get you don't use MO or Vortex. If that's the case all your mod files are in your actual game folder, so if you delete it then mods are also gone (all your RM/ECE weird install and presets and so on). If you keep your Documents\My Games\Skyrim you'll still have your save files, but you need to reinstall all your mods again and even then some info might be lost.
