Obviously you mean this:

First of all you need to know which mods you have installed; did you generate meshes with Bodyslide bhUnp HDT?

Physics Extensions? Installed?

FNIS? Set Gender and Skeleton?

XPMS(S) or XPMS(S)E? Installed?

Try a new game?

ive run fnis with those patches, bodyslide too, everything was fine until adding joy of perspective

If the problem seems to be from this mod, remove it , or it is incomplete. Try these settings   The Joy of Perspective

I also recommend using LOOT for the correct loading order; you may also find that you have undetected errors

For my video, I used Enhanced Camera, but I don't know what the consideration for SSE is

Are you using BHUNP v1.70 or 1.71? That introduces invisible equipment pieces on the player character for the physics. You may need to use xEdit and make those parts noticable in 1st person. Only thing I can think of off hand. I only play in 3rd person anymore so I don't have much first-hand knowledge on stuff like JoP and Enhanced Cam.

Parts in use: 48, 50, 51, 60. These might need to be added to visible parts under your race's BOPD2 - Biped Body Template / First Person Flags. This is also how you can get unconventional stuff to show in first person (like secondary/tertiary rings that use a slot not listed there). Can just copy the data to a new ESP and make changes there to test it out.

EDIT: One more thing, I see on the Nexus there are quite a few patches for JoP, may want to see if any of your armors require one. Not sure what they do off hand but a dive into one of the mods' file structure/plugins should show what it does.
