WickedWims - Sims skin not working

Hello there,

 

This is the first time I have ever tried to mod a game, so apologies if I've missed something obvious.

 

I believe i've installed the mod correctly and followed all instructions, however the skin of my sims, (and some plants) doesn't now work. It's just been replaced with red/white checkered 

pattern with ?  on the white (I don't know how to add a picture - sorry!)

 

How can I fix this?

You have a missing mesh for something you downloaded....if it's just started doing it delete you latest cc or find the mesh for it.....

I only downloaded the mod yesterday and it has done this since then (I haven't got the mod to work properly at any point yet). I don't have any CC in the game yet as I also only got it recently.

Given this, would you suggest deleting the mod, then redownloading?

You could try.....post a screen shot if it still does it....
