My camera doesn't stay in first person mode when I use WW? Anyone else have this and/or know how to fix it?

Sounds pretty odd to me, do you have any other mods that change camera or views?

 

Also check your game settings/camera to make sure they are set proper.

 

Next is to try an Origin Repair Game in case it's been corrupted somehow.

No  other mods that change camera or views. Do you think TS3 v. TS4 camera setting matters?

I got used to TS4 finally and now I don't like the TS3 settings anymore.

 

Other than repairing your game I've no other ideas.
