Anyone know what this radar looking thing is?

This radar looking dial shows up onscreen before I load a game. After the titile screen, but before I load a game. It flickers and changes, but it's always there. Just showed up recently and does not appear to be from a mod.

Kind of reminds me of the crash you can cause by having competing getdistance calls when you reach the midpoint. But there aren't segments then, only repeating lines radiating out from the centre. And the game hangs except for drawing new lines. That was also in Skyrim not Fallout.

Never seen this before and I'm 99% sure it's not a mod. check what other apps your running. But i could be wrong.

It's gone now. I am not entirely sure what it was, but it may have been an Origin game overlay gone astray. That would be weird because this is a Steam game, but Origin was crashing at startup, so I changed a bunch of settings in Origin and then shut it down. Now the odd circle is gone. Could be a coincidence.

I was wrong. It's the Nahimic sound tracker. An in game overlay for hearing impaired game players. Tells you where sounds are coming from. Comes with alot of MSI PCs. LeftAlt + 1 to enable or disable.
