Copy your game library (usually named "Origin Games") to some other location on your computer.

Then, uninstall Origin, restart your computer and re-install it.

In Origin's settings, change the location of your game library to where you copied everything - or copy your stuff right back.

If your games don't show up in Origin, select to download them. Origin will not actually download them but instead realize they're already installed.

That should do it.
