What Mod Manager is currently the best to use?

So I was using Mod Organizer for  a long time, but it's been two years since I played Skyrim. Is it still good or is something better available now?

MO2 or Vortex.

This, as those two also support Skyrim SE. As you've used MO 1, I'd suggest to stick with it and go for MO 2

Thanks guys, I think I will stick with Mod Organizer 2. I have one more question but I think I will make another thread for it.
