Is this

"C:\\Users\\Desse\\OneDrive\\Documents\\Electronic Arts\\The Sims 4\\saves" (copied from the LE)

where you save your game?

If so, it's apparently the cause of the issue, as somehow the game (or at least Wicked Whims) does not have permission to access files within this directory (that's what the exception says). Try playing with a local save, using the default directory at "C:\\Users\\Desse\\Documents\\Electronic Arts\\The Sims 4" for all your saves, mods etc.
