SkyrimReturner Posted April 2, 2020 Posted April 2, 2020 Hi all, Has anyone experienced and fixed an issue where non-default mod meshes (other than the WW and Override) for Tops don't show in Body Select? I use the EVEv6 mod and at first the Top and Bottom showed the meshes alongside the WW default and the Maxis/Override. After the latest WW version however, the Bottoms still show, but the Top only show WW and Override. Turbodriver tested on his end with no issues. I installed Dumbaby meshs and again the Bottoms all show, but the Top refuses to show any other meshes beside WW and Maxis/Override. I know the last resort fix is to remove all mods and test them individually, but I have a lot of CAS mods (such as fashion) so it will be a big pain. Just wanted to ask if anyone else had a similar problem before and managed to isolate/fix the issue? Thanks.
Crashdown117 Posted April 2, 2020 Posted April 2, 2020 I had this issue with Luumia's body parts - turned out they weren't WW compatible by default and I needed an add-on to have them show up in Body Selector. Generally, if stuff doesn't show up in WW, it's usually because it's incompatible or the files have become corrupted. I also had conflicting default body parts once, although that usually results in Sims wearing default underwear when they're supposed to be naked. However, I also have Dumbaby's body parts installed and the show up just fine. My guess would be a script mod, (default) body part or rig interfering with WW here. Custom clothing and stuff like that usually don't cause such issues, so maybe focus on other stuff first and go through that to find, what's causing it.
SkyrimReturner Posted April 12, 2020 Author Posted April 12, 2020 It is all a bit weird, because what I did was scour through my clothing mods one by one - a tedious task because I have tons! I removed duplicated files with (1) at the end. And after that the non defaults showed up under Top again. 1
