Face Won't Stay (Low Resolution Bug)

So I have an odd issue. Never had this before though. I just reinstalled Skyrim with the same stuff I had before (except I have Dragonborn now), and this new issue just started happening.

 

So my character's face won't stay. Meaning, it keeps changing every time I load my game. I would create a new character, get a nice face I like, then if I load the save afterwards, the face is different. And if I go to the race menu again, it changes completely.

 

The only cosmetic things I have is Better Females by Bella, Sexy Sweat, and Extended Slider Colors (then of course some hair mods, but that shouldn't affect my face).

 

But onto some pictures to show what I am talking about.

As you can see, the second and third image are not at all Better Females by Bella. They are some other face that is overwriting my Better Females for some reason. I have no other face mods, so I have no idea what could be causing this. It is really annoying and any help would be appreciated.

 

Edit: It seems as if it is defaulting to low resolution for some reason instead of staying at high resolution like it should.

Can't see those images, I did have an issue with the racemenu mod where if you made a new character then loaded another save the save would have the face of the character you just made but this was a simply cured by closing and restarting skyrim.

The images are loaded up on imgur and I can see them just fine. I'll attach them here though just incase others have the issues.

 

But I have a whole new problem now. It would seem all of my textures in game are all on low resolution now. No matter what settings I use for Skyrim (currently using High settings), it loads low resolution textures for everything. Everything is jagged and blurry all the sudden.

 

The only thing new I have is Dragonborn, so is this a common issue people are having? I tried to google it, but just came up with Xbox issues of people saying it's the low res bug.

 

Added the pictures btw. They are in the same order as the ones above.

 

 

EDIT: Well it seems if I start a whole new game and play through normally, it is fine. But if I save and then load my game again, it all drops to low resolution. So any time I load a game, I get low resolution textures. But if I start a brand new game, it is fine.

 

Again, no idea why it keeps happening. This is really frustrating.

Okay so after reinstalling Skyrim and Steam completely again, deleting anything and everything related to Skyrim and Steam before reinstall, and using TES5Edit to clean all my mods and make sure I have the compatability patches, I'm still having issues.

Again, for some reason the game keeps switching me to low resolution textures. I can start a fresh game, make my character just fine with high textures and everything. No problems there. But as soon as I exit the game after saving it and reload my save, everything switches to low resolution. I am completely at a loss for what is causing this and it is really frustrating.

Don't know if anyone is reading this anymore, but I think I found out what the issue was.

 

Children of the Sky is changing my face textures. It is affecting all my races, instead of just the Loli race and the Children. It keeps overwriting my Better Females face textures.

 

Which in turn, really sucks. I love using Children of the Sky for the children in my game, but I don't like the fact that it is overwriting all my face textures for all races. Anyone know of a solution?

OK so I'm not the only one. Unfortunately I havent figured out a fix but youre not alone Spyder. This sucks.
